WHY US? You get the value of our insight and experience; solving problems creatively is what we do! We love to work with you and your team to create effective marketing, communications and business development solutions. We enjoy the challenge of change and innovation! A few examples: Problem: Recently we were asked by Safeway.com to help create new messaging and feedback loop strategy for Safeway Club Card members to join a new digital email program called "Just4U." Issues were that Club Card members did not have to give their email addresses, and also they needed to know the extra value of joining another Safeway discount program. Why should they sign up? Solution: To entice members to sign up for "Just4U" it became clear the the value of the new program included discounts that were over and above those from the basic Club Card membership. Once this was clearly explained, the memberships increased (statistics are proprietary). The next issue was to obtain feedback on the coupons that were sent as part of the new program, to assess the effectiveness, engage and retain members. The strategy we developed was to personalize the coupon selections, including checkboxes next to each coupon icon, that gave the the option to "like/dislike" that product, and then to ensure through backend programming that the dislikes were deleted from that customer's selections from then on. Regularly scheduled surveys were provided (with customer permission) for continued satisfaction with the selections. Problem: Kaiser Permanente needed to undergo a major business process change, from paper to electronic applications for all their clinical and patient visit processes; throughout the enterprise. This was the largest business process change in healthcare in the US, a $6B investment, deployed over 10 years! Solution: A comprehensive strategy was developed using a combination of departmental, individual provider and staff marketing communications, training, testing and revising what worked and what didn't, including creating and delivering advance presentations, developing a unique UI, for each department, sending regular emails and updates as to progress and implementation schedules, training advance "power users" as go-to knowledge users for each department, individually scheduled elbow to elbow training as well as scheduled group classes and especially responsiveness to questions, concerns and issues as they came up, with answers through a dedicated training center, staffed by knowledgeable trainers. The result was excellent adoption by providers, staff and patients, making Kaiser one of the most efficient healthcare systems in the US and a model for all healthcare transitions to electronic applications.
